Brine Injection Machine
Introduce brine or seasoning liquid into meat using a multi-needle injection system. Choose a 48-, 80- or 120-needle configuration to match your product and processing requirements.

Applications
For preparing fresh meat portions used in ham, bacon, marinated meat and other further-processed products. Beef, pork, poultry and other materials require product-specific checks for size, condition and needle suitability. Whole-animal or bone-in processing should be confirmed for the selected configuration.
How It Works
- Prepare the seasoning liquid and set up the liquid supply and filtration system.
- Place suitable meat portions on the conveyor.
- The needle assembly introduces liquid as the conveyor advances the product.
- Collect the injected meat for the next process, such as tumbling where required.
Key Features
01
Multi-Needle Injection
48-, 80- and 120-needle configurations introduce brine or seasoning liquid into meat portions.
02
Conveyor Feeding
A conveyor advances the product through the needle area; listed conveyor widths are 324 mm, 404 mm and 484 mm.
03
Liquid Supply & Filtration
A separate trolley supports liquid supply, with filtration described for the injection circuit.
04
Speed Control Options
The 48-needle version uses a two-speed motor; the 80- and 120-needle versions are described with variable-frequency speed control.
Technical Parameters
| Item | 48 needles | 80 needles | 120 needles |
|---|---|---|---|
| Listed throughput | 400–600 kg/h | 600–800 kg/h | 900–1100 kg/h |
| Conveyor width | 324 mm | 404 mm | 484 mm |

| Trolley dimensions | 865 × 460 × 700 mm | 865 × 460 × 700 mm | 900 × 460 × 700 mm |
| Drive / installed power | Two-speed motor: 0.85 / 1.1 kW; separate pump: 1.85 kW | Total: 3.7 kW; variable-frequency speed control | Total: 5.2 kW; variable-frequency speed control |
| Electrical supply, supplier notation | 380/50HZ | 380/50HZ | 380/50HZ |
The two motor ratings for the 48-needle configuration are alternative speed ratings, not values to add together. Confirm the complete electrical specification for the destination supply. Listed throughput depends on the material, size and operating settings; injection-pressure and injection-rate figures are not specified here.
